In 2001 I had my heart broken by a man that I thought was among
the best. I had based my friendships around him. They were all
a year older than me. Most
of
these friends went off to college leaving me to complete my senior year in
high school alone. That is when I met Jeannine. I wasn’t excited about coaching

Through coaching
I learned techniques that helped me. Calling out gremlins and getting real with
my mother so that I wasn’t so scared while talking to her. I learned better
